DRAFT FOR REVIEW — Investment Information and Risks
September 30, 2026 · Version 0.2 · Not effective. This is general information, not an offering document or authority to accept funds.
Evaluate the business behind the return
IAG's six directions organize industry themes. Assess each project through its actual issuer, assets, use of proceeds, revenue model and supporting evidence. A sector, illustration or company registration is not proof of a live investment, asset ownership or regulatory approval.
The project page should explain the commercial bottleneck, why customers would pay, how the project earns revenue, and the costs and execution risks between revenue and investor distributions. Forecasts must identify their assumptions and distinguish projected from realized results.
Read the complete allocation terms
Before commitment, review the instrument and investor rights; issuer and payment recipient; amount and currency; rate basis and term; distribution conditions; fees; conflicts; transfer restrictions; and ordinary and premature exit rules. Identity checks and internal rank do not replace project-specific eligibility.
If principal is not returned separately, that must be prominent beside the calculation. Show total receipts separately from net gain after the original contribution and disclosed charges. A daily accrual is not proof of daily project cash flow or immediately withdrawable cash.
A term sheet must explain any initial restriction, effect of premature withdrawal on future distributions, and any one-time test-withdrawal entitlement. Existing terms are not changed by this notice. Development rates are not verified performance or approved live offers.
Capital and liquidity risks
You may lose some or all invested capital. Relevant risks include project delays, equipment or supplier failure, cost overruns, customer concentration, technology change, leverage, counterparty failure, regulation and cybersecurity. Project information must identify the material risks specific to the investment.
There may be no secondary market or early redemption right. A target date does not guarantee repayment. Technical resilience does not create liquidity, deposit insurance or a guarantee. Any security, insurance or guarantee must identify its provider, scope and conditions.
Funding and accountability
Confirm who receives and controls funds and how settlement, reconciliation, errors and refunds are handled. Dedicated references or addresses help associate payments with requests; they do not alone create segregated custody, anonymity or independent processing. Public blockchain records can expose transaction information.
Independent payment routes can reduce reliance on one service only where actual dependencies and recovery procedures are qualified. An uncertain original payment must be reconciled before a replacement could cause a second collection. Access to material information and complaint routes is not a paid rank benefit.
Project confidentiality
Commercial and security-sensitive information is shared only where necessary. Public material need not include exact site addresses, security arrangements, access instructions or proprietary technical plans. Investing does not itself grant site access or inspection rights. Confidentiality must still preserve the material information needed to understand the investment and any disclosure or inspection rights that apply to the actual agreement.
Before a live offering
The issuer, legal pathway, eligible audience, custody arrangements, offering documents and operational controls must be established for the actual investment. This notice selects no registration exemption and certifies no licence or return. Read the project-specific agreement and retain the version accepted. Questions can go to Contact during development review.
