Terms of Service
DRAFT FOR REVIEW — Account Terms
September 30, 2026 · Version 0.2 · Not effective or an executed agreement.
Account access and responsibility
These terms cover browsing, account access and support. The contracting operator must be identified in the effective agreement. Project-specific agreements govern the investment rights they create; these account terms do not rewrite them.
Keep required information accurate and credentials private. A display name, where supported, does not replace identification required for an agreement, payment or eligibility check. Do not impersonate others, access their records or interfere with the service.
Defined entities and responsibilities
IAG's intended structure separates platform, project and service responsibilities. Where different legal entities are involved, the relevant agreement identifies your counterparty, the issuer, the recipient of funds and their respective obligations. Group affiliation does not itself make one entity liable for another or provide a guarantee. Necessary related-party relationships and conflicts must be disclosed.
Operational access and sensitive information are limited to the relevant role. This separation is intended to reduce unnecessary exposure and dependency; it does not promise anonymity, asset protection in every circumstance, insurance or immunity from legal claims. Your actual rights follow the relevant agreement and applicable law.
Verification and document access
Identity verification establishes an account identity; it does not guarantee eligibility for every project. Restricted material is provided only when its access requirements are met. Privacy information and the explanation of verification must be available before documents are collected.
Before authorizing an investment, you must be able to review its material issuer information, terms, fees, risks and exit conditions. An internal rank or previous allocation must not prevent that review. Your existing agreements, available account records and complaint channels remain accessible through an appropriate secure process even if access to new investments is restricted.
Instructions and payment status
A calculator result, AI response, loading animation or submitted request is not confirmation of settlement. Check the current request's recipient, currency or asset/network, amount, fees and any expiry before sending funds. Where instructions are dedicated to a request, do not reuse old instructions unless expressly permitted.
If a result is uncertain, check its status or request reconciliation before paying again. Changing a processor does not itself authorize another collection or a new investment. Material changes requiring fresh authorization must be disclosed first.
Support, notices and restrictions
AI support must identify itself and reflect actual availability. It cannot amend an agreement or promise a financial outcome. Required electronic delivery and transaction consents must be recorded separately as applicable, with retainable copies.
Security, legal or contractual reasons can restrict access. Where permitted, provide an explanation and review route. An outage or account restriction does not itself confiscate funds, erase obligations or extend a disclosed lockup. Confidentiality does not prevent advice, lawful reporting, complaints or available remedies.
Effective terms
Operator notice details, governing law, dispute handling and any liability provisions require review against the actual service and mandatory rights. No arbitration waiver, unlimited forfeiture or non-disparagement requirement is inserted here. Use Contact for development-review questions, without sensitive attachments. Final publication requires an effective version and appropriate acceptance; this draft changes no existing agreement.
